Adolescent Day Treatment Program
Crossroads is a private, non-profit, state certified outpatient mental health and alcohol and drug facility offering a day treatment program for adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
What is Day Treatment?
It is a program designed to provide additional, intensive counseling in a structured setting beyond what is provided in weekly outpatient visits. Day treatment is also ideal for adolescents who are being discharged from an inpatient facility or a residential program. Day treatment provides transitional support, significantly reducing the occurrences of re-hospitalization.
Program Schedule
The program meets Monday thru Friday for 4 hours a day. The family program meets once a week for two hours. (view schedule)
Location
Day Treatment is located at 17 S. River St. Suite 254 in downtown Janesville.
Insurance Coverage
Most insurance plans, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and some HMO’s provide coverage. Medical Assistance is also accepted. The staff will help with insurance coverage.
Philosophy
Crossroads is committed to providing quality cost effective treatment that encompasses social and emotional issues, along with integrating home, school and community resources.
